Política de Sobreventa En caso que el Hotel no pueda brindar el servicio de hospedaje contratado por el consumidor a través de los servicios de reservaciones del hotel, el Hotel por su propia cuenta, encontrará adecuadas alternativas para suplir el servicio contratado, que sean por lo menos igual o mejor a los beneficios contratados originalmente.

Cancellation Policy
POLÍTICAS DE CANCELACIÓN: Cualquier reservación cancelada 3 días como mínimo previo a la fecha de llegada, no tendrá penalidad.
Dentro del periodo de penalización corresponderá al total de la estancia.
Si la persona no se presenta, la penalización corresponderá al total de estancia y no tendrá reembolso. No hay reembolsos en salidas anticipadas.
POLITICA DE CANCELACIÓN EN TEMPORADA ALTA ENERO, FEBRERO Y MARZO.
Cualquier reservación cancelada 15 días como mínimo previo a la fecha de llegada, no tendrá penalidad.
Cancelación dentro del periodo de penalización ésta corresponderá al 50 % del total de la estancia.
Si la persona no se presenta, la penalización corresponderá al total de la estancia. No hay reembolsos en salidas anticipadas.
