Terms & Conditions
1). Each additional adult - ADD $15 per adult.
2). Check-In after 3:00 p.m.; Check-Out by 11:00 a.m.
3). Taxes: 6.875% MN State Sales Tax, 4.0% Lodging Tax, 1.0% County Sales Tax and .5% County Transportation Tax.
4). Pets: A dog is allowed in only one of the 2 bedroom condos (C1/C2) at $15.00 per night extra. Must call for availability and manager approval.
Only a small, well-behaved dog is allowed (no puppies). Pets may not be left unattended in unit. There is a charge of $50 for an
unauthorized pet.
5). A $5.00 nonrefundable deposit will be required. Guest liable for first night if cancellation made 3 days or less prior to the arrival date unless we are able to rent the unit(s). Groups reserving more than two units require 14 days' notice.
6). Four maximum in units with two queen beds; two maximum in units with one king bed; six maximum in a two bedroom condo.
7). NO COOKING in motel units except for use of microwave for heating food.
8). ALL UNITS ARE NON-SMOKING. Guest will be liable for any cost damage with a minimum fee $50.00 per unit for smoking.
9). Discounts or deals cannot be combined with each other.
Cancellation Policy
