House Single bedrooms are light with small double bed. Quirky shape of this attic room makes double occupancy unsuitable and tall people may find restricted head height. En suite shower room with views of cambridge, the gardens and pastures. A generous continental breakfast is available at a supplement. There is a small charge for parking except where indicated. Payment Policy

The following does not apply to prepaid bookings which will be charged on booking.

Please note that full payment is taken upon arrival unless agreed otherwise prior to the guests arrival.

Unless indicated otherwise prices are 'Room Only'.

We reserve the right to preauthorise the card securing your reservation. If the card is declined we will contact you to provide new card details within 48 hours. If we do not receive this Rectory Farm reserves the right to cancel your reservation.

£50 will be pre-authorized on your card at check-in.

Cancellation Policy

The following does not apply to prepaid bookings which may not be cancelled.

Your credit card will be charged for the full amount if you fail to settle your account before departure. You may cancel your non-promotional reservation without penalty up to 24 hours prior to the day of arrival. E.G. A room booked on Thursday may be cancelled up to midnight 24.00hrs on Tuesday. Cancellation after this or non-arrival will incur a 100% cancellation fee and will be charged to your card.

In the unlikely event that we have to change or cancel your reservation, we reserve the right to do so. If this does arise you can 1) accept the changed arrangements as notified, 2) make an alternative arrangement with us or, 3) cancel your reservation and receive a full refund of any monies paid.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel any booking made on a promotional rate and rebook on an alternative date – subject to availability.
