Deposit Policy: A valid credit card is needed to make/guarantee a reservation. The reservation total is due upon checking-in.
Cancellation/Modified Policy: Please call the front desk at 307-684-5535 to give notice of cancellation or modification ASAP. Failure to cancel/modify reservation as per 48 hour cancellation policy will be charged in accordance with cancellation policy.

No-Show Policy: No-shows will be charged as per 48 hour cancellation policy.
Check In: 2:00 PM - 9:00 PM. The office CLOSES at 9:00 PM. If late arrival is expected, please call the office at 307-684-5535 to make arrangements for room key and room charges. If you fail to make arrangements for a late arrival, you will not have a room. We ask only for a phone call so that we can make arrangements for key pick up and room charges. Failure to call prior to 9:00 PM for late arrival, will result in a NO SHOW charge.
Check Out: 11:00 AM. Late check out requests will be charged an additional $25.00 per hour (The office opens @ 8:00 AM)
Pet Policy: We are a pet friendly motel. Certain rooms are available for our guests who request a pet friendly room. Please reserve the correct room type when making the reservation. A $10.00 pet fee, per pet, per night, will be charged upon arrival. Un-declared pets or any violation of this policy will result in a $250.00 cleaning fee charge to your credit card.
Smoking Policy: All of our rooms are designated as non-smoking. Any violation of the smoking policy will result in the addition of a minimum of $250.00 cleaning fee per room per day charge to your credit card.
Taxes: Applicable taxes subject to change without notice.
Damages: All tenants will be held 100% responsible for any damages done to or missing items from the property and billed accordingly.
Reservations made are confirmation that you have read the policies above and agree to them.

Cancellation Policy
*Cancellation policy is 48 hours.
48 hour cancellation policy will apply to any night within the duration of the reservation. Failure to cancel/modify reservation as per 48 hour cancellation policy will be charged in accordance with cancellation policy.
Please be aware:
If reservation was booked through a Booking site other than our web site, cancellations have to go through that site.
*Group Events: 60 day cancellation
*Hunting Season: 90 day cancellation
No-Show Policy: No-shows will be charged 100% of the entire reservation.
