Property Information
This Yosemite National Park lodging is approximately 18 miles from Yosemite National Park via Highway 120 and the Big Oak Flat Entrance.
This late 1800's 'Italianate Revival' bed and breakfast lies on 220 private, quiet acres bordering Yosemite National Park. The lodging with sequoias redwood's, grand oaks, towering pines and fresh-water ponds. We offer rooms in the Manor which include a two course breakfast, afternoon tea, dessert and port in the evening. The Cabin is also available to rent and cater to a more secluded experience and rents as stand alone unit (Breakfast and Manor amenities are NOT included).
Local activities abound, from swimming, golfing, hiking, horseback riding, river rafting, mountain biking, mining for gold, or just plain relaxing. Spend evenings watching the meteors sweep across the Yosemite National Park night sky, or take an early morning hike to the knoll to watch the sunrise over the Yosemite National Park High Sierra Mountains.

When making a reservation please list in the notes any special needs, dietary concerns( Manor Guests Only) and/or late arrival requests. After completing the form you will receive an email confirmation. All reservations must be guaranteed by credit card.

Check-In and Out: Our arriving guests are welcomed after 4:00 in the afternoon and until 7 at night. We say our farewells to departing guests by 11 in the morning. Special arrangements may be made with proprietor for late arrivals.

Cancellation Policy
Due to our small size, cancellations affect us significantly. Should your plans change Full room rate may be charged with less than 14 day cancellation notice. Reservations made less than 14 days prior to arrival are considered firm.
The Cottage requires a 30 day cancellation notice. Full rate may be charged with less than a 30 day cancellation notice. Reservations made less than 30 days prior to arrival are considered firm.
