Property Information
Our early 1900s traditional clapboard home centrally located in a quiet neighborhood a mile from the beach and downtown, offers a serene atmosphere in a post-Victorian renovation.
Meticulously detailed and open year round, our spacious and comfortable smoke-free accommodations include breakfast (or no breakfast option at reduced rate), a private entrance, queen size beds, private bath, hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings, air conditioning, cable TV, free WIFI, off-street parking, and guest parlor with a working fireplace, mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Choose among our two rooms, Autumn and December. Guests who book both rooms will find they have their own private getaway "suite" for their weekend or stay!

• Minimum stay required (Predicated on season and events).
• Rooms are limited to double occupancy with exception for infants.
• Check-in time is 4:00p (earlier check-in available upon request).
• Check-out time is 11:00a.
• Security deposit amount required (a valid credit card on file is required to secure your room).
• Smoking is not allowed on the premises.
• Sorry, we cannot accommodate guest pets.
• Limitations on children staying (Children welcomed with booking of both rooms but we are not able to provide childcare).
• Consumption of alcohol is permitted at your own risk (No alcoholic beverages are provided by innkeeper).

Payment Policy
We accept cash and most all major credit cards (Visa, MC, Amex, Discover). Credit card is required to confirm reservation.
Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations: Cancellations prior to 14 days advance notice will be charged a $50 service fee. Cancellations 14 days or less to the beginning of your reservation date will be charged a 50% total lodging fee. IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL, PLEASE CANCEL "PRIOR TO" 14 DAYS BEFORE THE BEGINNING OF YOUR RESERVATION START DATE!!
