Pricing
All prices are per room (unless otherwise stated). All prices include VAT at the current prevailing rate.
Checking In and Out
Hotel rooms are normally available from 3pm on the day of arrival. Rooms must be vacated by 11am on the day of departure.
Towels
We provide one bath towel and one hand towel per guest for your stay. We kindly ask that you do not take the room towels into the gym or swimming pool. Additional towels for the pool and gym can be provided at reception for a small fee of £1.00 or you may wish to bring your own additional towels.
Leisure Facilities
We want you to enjoy using our leisure facilities. Due to the current Covid 19 situation we have had to draw up the following guidelines/rules.
Please do not use the facilities if you display any of the symptoms or have been in contact with anyone who has Covid 19.
Please adhere to all PHE guidelines regarding hand washing and social distancing.
To ensure priority availability for Hotel Guests, please reserve your slot at Club Reception or ring 015242 71326. Bookings can be made up to 24 hours in advance.
Please shower and change in your room.
Do not bring any valuables
If you wish to use the gym a sweat towel is compulsory.
Please sign in and make yourself aware of, and adhere to, all other club rules which are prominently displayed.
Club opening hours – Mon-Fri 7am-8pm. Sat 8am-4pm.

Damage
Please leave the room key in the door of the room on departure. If the key is not left left there will be a surcharge of £25.00 applied.
Any damage incurred by you or your party during your stay in the hotel, will be charged to your credit card.
Payment Policy
Payment will be taken in full upon booking.
We will email all receipts of payment to you.
Cancellation Policy
Bookings can be cancelled or moved to alternative dates up to 3pm 48 hours prior to arrival.After this period a full payment will apply.
