We are unable to accept bookings less than 24 hours ahead of the actual date. We do not take bookings including children under the age of 12 or including pets.
Payment Policy
Normally we request a 25% deposit at time of booking. If the request for a room is within a week of the actual date of the booking we would normally seek the full payment in advance.
Cancellation Policy
If a deposit is taken and the booking is subsequently cancelled we will refund the deposit at any time up to one month before the booking is due to take effect. If the cancellation occurs within a month of the due date then the deposit will not be returned. Any bookings for the Christmas/New Year period will require full payment at time of booking and no refund will be given if cancellation occurs within 2 months of the booked date.
