Of Importance to Our Guests

All guest rooms are NON-SMOKING, except for our outdoor sitting areas.

Children are welcome but please be advised that youths under 14 years may not be left unattended (i.e. without adult supervision) in guest rooms or on the premises

PET POLICY:

Pets are welcome in designated guest rooms for an additional cost of $15/pet per room night. It is the guest's responsibility to notify us at the time of booking, that they will be traveling with a pet in order to ensure that a pet-friendly room is selected for the reservation.

We have a limit of two pets per room but there are no restrictions on the size of your pet.

Pets are not to be left unattended (i.e. in your room, tethered outdoors, in your vehicle, etc.).

We ask that you keep your pet on a short leash at all times in and around the hotel.

You must pick up after your pet when taking him/her for a walk. Whitehouse Cabins features a large spacious outdoor area nearby - ideal for exercising your pet!

Pets must be kept off hotel furniture including beds, couches and chairs.

Should there be any damage to the guestroom (carpet, bedding, furnishings, etc.) your credit card will be charged a minimum of $200.00 for the cost of the cleaning or repairs.

NOTE: We do not allow pets in the Gold Rush Cabin, also no pets are allowed in any of the Wall Tents and only allowed in other select rooms. Pets are not to be left unattended any where at Whitehouse Cabins.

Payment Policy

Prices are quoted in Canadian dollars and are subject to 5% (gst) tax.

Accepted methods of payment include: Mastercard, Visa, Interac/Debit Card, CAD & US Travellers Cheques, and CAD & US Cash.

Cancellation Policy

All bookings are subject to 48 hours notice of cancellation for a full refund. Clients must provide 2 days notice prior to the date of arrival (or departure).

A 7-day cancellation policy applies to some periods (e.g. July Music Festival weekend & August ArtsFest/Discovery Day weekend) and bookings (e.g. group reservations consisting of 3 or more guest rooms).

Check in time begins at 4 pm (or by prior arrangement).

Check out time is 11am.
