Terms & Conditions
Check In/ Check Out: Check-in begins at 3pm. Check out is at 11am.
Please Note: A pre-authorization for the full amount of your stay will be taken when you check in. You may choose another form of payment when you check out.
Room Occupancy: Room rates are based on Double Occupancy. Rooms with sofa-beds can accommodate three guests with no extra charge. Any additional guests will be charged a fee of $35 per night, per person.
Breakfast: Your stay includes a complimentary European breakfast in the Café Provencal.
Dinner: Dinner hours at the Café Provencal are from 5:30pm - 9pm, Tuesday – Sunday. Closed on Mondays.

Open-Hearth Fires: Many guests enjoy our wood-burning fireplaces. Fires are available upon request to the Front Desk between October 1st and April 15th, when consistent daily temperatures are on or below 50-degree. Fires may be requested prior to 9PM. Guests must be in the room for the duration of the fire.
Wine Tasting Options: Your stay includes two tickets to our Reserve Wine Tasting at the adjacent Williamsburg Winery, featuring a tasting of 7 wines. In addition, The Winery offers varies Tour & Tasting options as well as a Reserved Tour & Tasting, featuring 9 reserved wines, for an additional $30 per person. Please call us to reserve a tour, as space is very limited.
Massage Options: Single and Couples Massages require a minimum of 72 hours in advance. A cancellation fee of 50% will be applied to any cancellation made within 72 hours of set appointed time.
Payment Policy
Packages: all packages are charged in full at the time of booking and are non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: All cancellations and changes to room reservations made online must be made through the online booking website. Cancellations received less than 48 hours prior to arrival will be charged a one-night room & tax cancellation fee.
Holiday Cancellation Policy: All cancellations and changes to room reservations must be done 10 days prior to arrival. Cancellations received less than 10 days prior to arrival will be charged a one-night room & tax cancellation fee.
Massage Cancellation Policy: A cancellation fee of 50% will be applied to any cancellation made within 72 hours of set appointed time.
