Water Street and HarborGate Condos are air conditioned with a full kitchen, washer, dryer, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave and kettle. There are one, two or three bedrooms each with their own washroom. The living room has a fireplace, flatscreen T.V. and ambient lighting. Wifi and cable are also included. Each bedroom has quality sheets and linens. Welcome amenities such as shampoo and toiletries are included.
As you step outside, you will find pubs, restaurants, coffee houses and shopping right at your doorstep. The Rooms, The Basilica, Signal Hill, The Battery and Duckworth Street are all within minutes walk. This is the heart of St. John's!

Parking is on-street metered-free nights and weekends or 24 hour underground parking is pay as you go:
