Located on the water on Gig Harbor Bay, the Waterfront Inn is just steps from shops and restaurants providing, comfortable rooms in a beautiful historic home. This Boutique Resort is the only place you can stay on the water and you can bring your own boat (BYOB)! Enjoy your own private entrance, a cozy river rock gas fireplace, and a large private bathroom with a soothing jetted tub. Each room has air conditioning, WIFI and a flat screen TV. There is a huge deck over the water, a dock and complimentary kayaks for our guests to use. Experience the incredible view from the privacy of your room, watch birds, ducks, seals, otters and the activity of boats on the bay as you relax in the peaceful setting of the Waterfront Inn.

This huge suite includes 2 king bedrooms, the Lookout and Wheelhouse, 2 bathrooms, a living and dining room and a kitchenette. There is a private entry and over 800 square feet of living space. The rooms can be rented separately or together. The Captain's Suite is the combination of the 2 rooms, plus the common area which is shared by only these 2 rooms.

This room is part of the Captain's Suite. This room DOES NOT have a view of the water, but you do have access to the dock and large pier.

Terms & Conditions
1. CHECK-IN is 3:00 pm.
2. CHECK-OUT is 11:00 am.
3. Room Locations: The Lookout, Wheelhouse and Captain's Quarters are through the street level entry. The Admiral's Waterfront Suite and reception are through the driveway entry. The Waterfront Rooms are down the stairs to the right of the Inn,
4.PARKING is available onsite with 4 cars parking on the grassy area between the street and the fence. Please pull forward, hugging the sidewalk in the grassy area up to white line beside the entry if first in. A car will park behind this car and another beside the white fence. A car may park beside the lattice fence pulling up close to the house. Additional parking down the driveway and to the right of the main entrance by pulling forward all the way to the fence or in front of the single car garage door.
5. NO SMOKING. This is a non-smoking property with the exception of the deck over the water. We thank you in advance for your cooperation.
6. QUIET HOURS are from 10 pm – 7 am.
7. HOUSEKEEPING is available daily. We respect your privacy so if you want housekeeping, please put out your "service please" sign.
8. KAYAKS are available for our guests use. Guests must sign our waiver and use life jackets provided.
9. CHILDREN 10 years old and over are welcome and must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
10. PLEASE BE RESPONSIBLE & RESPECTFUL at all times while on the property. Owner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. Owner is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises.
Payment Policy
The Waterfront Inn accepts all major credit cards. Credit cards will be charged 3 days prior to arrival, as reservations become non refundable at that time.
Additional fees may be applied for extra services (e.g., amenities packages, return of items left behind, etc.)
Cancellation Policy
As we are a small independent business, cancellations affect us greatly. If a guest wishes to cancel the reservation, the guest must notify Owner in writing via email to info@waterfront-inn.com. A cancellation must be received by 3pm PT, 3 days in advance of your arrival date or you will be charged for the full amount of your reservation. For example, if you booked a room to start on Jan 15th, you must cancel the room prior to Jan 12th at 3pm PT to receive a full refund or not be charged.
