Terms of Booking
By placing a booking with Wagon’s West Motel, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

To place a booking with us the lead guest must be at least 18 years of age.

To secure any booking we require a credit card number, expiration date and CVV. Your card will be charged online 72 hours before your arrival. This card may also be charged for any incidental damages or unpaid balances after guest departure. Room rates are subject to change.

All guests agree to respect the privacy and peace of all other staying guests, neighbors and the owners at all times. We reserve the right to cancel a booking with immediate effect if guests are not honoring this agreement or causing a disturbance.

Check-in & Check-out
Guests must check-in and check-out by the times stated below;
• Check-in between 3:00 pm and 9pm on day of arrival
• Check-out by: 10:00am on day of departure

Cancellation
Guest who need to cancel a booking should contact us as soon as possible. You have until 72 hours before the arrival date to cancel for regular reservations.
For special events, cancellations need to be made one month in advance.

WiFi Fair & Appropriate Usage Policy
Where WiFi Internet access is provided, guests accept to use this access to the Internet fairly and appropriately. We may monitor network performance and user usage in order to maintain a fair and high level of service to all our guests.

Damages & Lost Property
We reserve the right to charge the lead guest for any damages caused through the course of a booking by any member of the booking party. This includes breakages, spillages, stains, damage to furniture or fixtures and fittings. Any accidental damages should be reported as soon as possible in order to minimize damage and associated costs.

Any lost property, if discovered and found, left behind by guests during a stay will be held for a period of 1 week . While we will make our best efforts to reunite lost property with their owners, we accept no responsibility in replacing lost items and encourage guests to ensure they have all their belonging before checking-out. We may offer to post lost items via recorded delivery at the cost of the property owner, otherwise collection can be arranged.

Smoking
Smoking of any tobacco products or marijuana is not allowed in any rooms or facilities.

Pets
Pets are permitted with a $10 cleaning fee. Please notify us at the time of booking. Damage or stains caused by pets will be subject to additional charges, as listed above.

Parking
Guests accept that they park their vehicles at their own risk.

Payment Policy

The card on file will be charged three days prior to arrival. After the charge has been made, there will be no refund for cancellations. The card will remain on file for any incidentals and damages.

For special events, the card on file will be charged one month prior to arrival, there will be no refund for cancellations after the charge has been made.

Cancellation Policy

Guest who need to cancel a booking should contact us as soon as possible. There is no fee for cancelled reservations, unless reservations are not cancelled within 72 hours of the arrival date for regular stays, or within one month of special events, such as weddings.
