Terms & Conditions

- Al llegar al hotel se tiene que pagar un impuesto de saneamiento ambiental de MXN 8.70 por la primera noche y MXN 26.06 por cada noche adicional
- No se aceptan mascotas
- En todas las habitaciones es prohibido fumar
- La recepción está abierta de 7am a 11pm
-Se entrega una llave para la puerta principal del hotel
- Check in 3pm
- Check out 12pm

- At the arrival of the hotel, there will be charged an environmental tax of MXN 8.70 the first night and MXN 26.06 per additional night to the government
- No pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Reception is open from 7am to 11pm
- You will be handed out a key for the main door

Payment Policy

Según la tarifa que se reservó:

TARIFA STANDARD (NO REEMBOLSABLE):
- El pago se procesará al momento de hacer la reserva
- El pago se procesará con la tarjeta de crédito que dejó en los datos de la reserva
TARIFA FLEX:
- No se requiere ningún anticipo
- Se paga el total en check in (con tarjeta de crédito o en efectivo)

- Payment will be charged after completing the reservation
- Payment will be proceeded with the credit card details given in your reservation details
FLEX RATE:
- No pre-payment requiered
- Full payment at check in (credit card or cash)

- Cancelación GRATIS hasta 30 días antes de la llegada
