The oceanfront hotel is located on the east, windward side of Cozumel Island where there is always a breeze and where there are no other hotels. The popular Coconuts Bar and Grill is next to the hotel and other beach restaurants are not far away along 12 mile coast oceanfront road.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
1 month in advance (30 days) Not charge
3 weeks in advance (21 days) 25% from the total amount
2 weeks in advance (14 days) 50% from the total amount
1 week in advance or less (7 days) 100% from the total amount
HOLIDAY SEASON CANCELLATION POLICY (Dec. 12th to January 20th)
3 months in advance (90 days) Not charge
2 months in advance (60 days) 25% from the total amount
1 month in advance (30 days) 50% from the total amount
3 weeks in advance or less 100% from the total amount
PAYMENT POLICY: Deposit of full payment is required to confirm rooms
NO SHOW POLICY: No shows apply who do not appear on the reservation date of arrival and who do not provide a proper cancellation notification. No-shows will be charged a penalty equivalent to the first night room rate and taxes per room.
CHECK IN/OUT: Check in time: 15:00 Check out time: 12:00 * Early check in is subject to availabiity and cannot be guaranteed. Rooms will be allocated on arrival at the hotel
OTHER POLICIES:
Unfortunately we do not allow pets / animals to stay in the hotel [except for guide dogs].
Please note that if you have made your booking through A third party, such as booking.com, expedia.com, orbitz.com, etc., you will need to cancel your booking with them
Any variation of numbers, accommodation and food, beverage requirements specified for the facilities or other changes or additions must be agreed between the Customer and the Ventanas al Mar in writing.
