Reception is open from 10.00 to midnight from Monday to Saturday and on Sunday from 10:00 to 15:00. Guests arriving outside reception opening hours are kindly requested to inform the hotel in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Please note that arrivals outside the normal reception opening hours are subject to a surcharge of 20€. The property’s staff will wait for up to 2 hours.

Cancellation Policy
We charge one night as cancellation policy at the moment of the booking and to confirm it. It´s 100% refundable in case of cancellations with more than one week in advance to the arrival date.
