Properties listed on Charlevoix House - The Northside are entirely non-smoking inside and out.
There will be a $300 additional cleaning fee if there has been any smoking inside the property.
Check-in is preferred between 4pm and 10 pm.
Check-out is 11 am.
Payment Policy
We accept guarantee by Credit Card / Bank Transfer / Wire Transfer. Full payment taken at the time of the booking.
In the event of a no show, Total cost of the stay will be billed to your credit card.
Cancellation Policy
A 50 % refund will be made for cancellations received 60 days before date of arrival. No refund thereafter.
We permit a modification or cancellation of a reservation within 48 hours of making the reservation unless the booking is already within 1 week of the requested check-in date.
