*Important: Money, jewelry and other valuables brought onto Twin Peaks Guest Ranch premises are the guest's responsibility. Twin Peaks Guest Ranch and/or managements accept no liability and shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage thereto and guests remain solely responsible for the safekeeping of any such items.
** Important: Twin Peaks Guest Ranch is not liable for any negligence on the behalf of any guests on our property.
Please be aware that we are surrounded by wildlife; including but not limited too bears, elk, deer, mountain lion, etc., and caution is advised when on our premises and surrounding property. We will not be held liable for any encounters you may have with wildlife animals. ATV's, UTV's, hiking, biking, etc., will be at your own risk.
*Notwithstanding any method of payment, I agree that I am personally liable for all costs and charges incurred in the event that any such costs and charges are not paid in full and confirm that my responsibility and liability in that regard is not waived or released in any way.
*_____________ There is no smoking in the cabin rentals/lodge at Twin Peaks Guest Ranch. If the event that is should happen, you will be charged a $300/fee for the cleaning/maintenance of the room.
* _____________ This unit is pet free (YES/NO). Pet fine of $300 will be charged if this policy is broken.
* Excessive cleaning charge of $50.00 will be applied when applicable.
Quiet time is 9:00pm-7:00am.
