Each cottage is spotless and has been freshly painted.
Located just minutes from Provincetown, the cultural hub of Cape Cod, Truro Beach Cottages gives you access to Art Galleries, Photography Studios, Fishing, Watersports, Biking, the Cape Cod National Seashore, Café’s and Restaurants, Theaters, Parades, Antique Shops, Harbor Cruises, Bookstores, Eclectic Shops, Whale Watching and much much more! Enjoy a casual summer retreat full of activities and festivities just steps from your beach cottage. Each cottage boasts a full kitchen outfitted to prepare your own family or romantic meals. Terms & Conditions
• Check-in is at 4:00 pm. Check-out is at 10:00 am. • There is no daily cottage cleaning or service. • All rates are per room per night based on the specific cottage's occupancy. • Guests traveling with pets will be charged a fee of $40 per day per pet. • Additional occupants will be charged $25 per night. • Rates are subject to 14.45% Room occupancy tax. • Parking is limited to one parking spot per cottage. • Lost keys will result in a $25 fee.
Payment Policy
All reservations are guaranteed by credit card payment of a deposit equal to the first night’s room and taxes. Reservations will be held until 8am the following day of your scheduled arrival.
Cancellation Policy
APRIL, MAY, JUNE, SEPTEMBER + OCTOBER - You must cancel 7 days before the date of arrival, or you will forfeit your deposit.
JULY + AUGUST - You must cancel 14 days before the date of arrival, or you will forfeit your deposit.
