Tropical Digs. Rates, features and facilities are subject to change without notice. Certain restrictions may apply and no refunds will be given for unused features.

All Package rates on this website are quoted in US Dollars, per couple, per night. Rates and features are subject to availability and subject to change without notice. No refunds given for unused features. Restrictions apply. Features are non-transferable and non-refundable.

At Windows on Aruba Restaurant, located at The Links at Divi Aruba, a surcharge applies and reservations are required.

Mulligan's Café, Bar & Restaurant, located at The Links at Divi Aruba is not included with the Divi & Tamarijn Aruba All Inclusives program.

The Tiki Tiki Café, located at the Divi Dutch Village Resort, is not included with the Divi & Tamarijn Aruba All Inclusives program.

The Oceanview Bar, located adjacent to the Tamarijn Aruba All Inclusive, is not included with the Divi & Tamarijn Aruba All Inclusives program.

Respect of your privacy is a concern of the Tropical Digs. The purpose of this website is to provide information and news about the resorts, and to provide a means of communication with guests and suppliers. We are committed to providing a service to all of our customers and visitors of this website, including safeguarding your personal account information.

By your requesting additional information or downloading pages using our website, personal information, including name, e-mail address, etc., that you may choose to provide us with, may be stored for use in marketing purposes for Tropical Digs their affiliates and other select companies. These initiatives may include, but are not limited to, providing you with relative products and/or services that may be of interest to you. Should you decide that you do not wish to receive further information, contact us in writing, to the address below, requesting that we stop contacting you.

Additionally, you also have the right to contact us to request a duplicate of any information that we may have on you and have any inaccuracies contained in this information corrected.

Should winter weather conditions affect your flight in to or out of Aruba and you wish to inform us of a change in your travel plans we ask that you contact our US Reservations office at Phone: (297)5948628 stay@tropicaldigs.com.
When leaving a message – please provide your reservation booking name, hotel, your current dates of travel and the dates that you wish to change due to a flight cancellation, as well as a telephone number where you can be reached. Every attempt will be made to assist in accommodating changes in travel dates should hotel occupancy levels permit. Guests who are currently staying at the hotels who are unable to depart Aruba are asked to speak directly to Rica at the Tropical Digs for assistance and travel updates.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation
If a booking is cancelled any non-refundable deposit or payment which you have paid will not be refunded and additional cancellation charges may apply.
For Standard Bookings at Properties, if you cancel your booking the following charges will apply in relation to each booking:
Up to 14 days prior to your scheduled check-in time: a 2Night + Taxes cancellation fee will be deducted from any monies which you have already paid.

Within 48 or 24 hours of your scheduled check-in time: a 100% cancellation fee will apply and you will be required to pay to Tropical Digs the full amount of your booking less any amount which you have already paid.

For Peak Season Bookings at any Participating Property, if you cancel your booking the following charges will apply in relation to each room you have booked:
Up to 30 days prior to your scheduled check-in time: a $200 cancellation fee (or the full amount of your booking if your booking is for less than $200) will apply and you will be required to pay to Tropical Digs that amount less any amount which you have already paid.
Within 30 days of your scheduled check-in time: a 100% cancellation fee will apply and you will be required to pay to Tropical Digs the full amount of your booking fee less any amount which you have already paid.

Any cancellation fees payable by you will be deducted from any monies paid by you to Tropical Digs and if insufficient funds are available, Tropical Digs may charge the credit card details you provided at the time of making your booking.
Where applicable the balance of any monies paid by you after any applicable cancellation fee has been deducted will be held by Tropical Digs as Booking Credit which subject to clause 12 may be applied to any future bookings you make with Tropical Digs.

No-Shows or Terminations
If you do not show up for your booking or terminate your booking early after you have checked in you will be charged a 100% cancellation fee and will be required to pay to Tropical Digs the full amount of your booking less any amount which you have already paid.
