Arrival Times:
Check-in is available as self check-in between then times of 4:00pmto 8:00pm (exceptions can be made), your room number will be sent by text prior to your arrival.
IMPORTANT IF ARRIVING OUTSIDE THESE TIMES please contact us prior to arrival and we will ensure that plans are made for your late check-in, the key for the house and your room will be put in a saftey box at the front door and we will give you the code for access.
All guests to return back to the property by midnight
Departure Times:
Check-out is any time of the day of departure until 10.00am.
Parking:
Our parking is set for 1 car per room on site in a securable car parking area. If arriving seperately please contact us ahead of time and we will endeavour to find a parking spot on site for your second car.
Internet:
Internet is free and available over the whole site. We use a business encryption to keep your browsing safe.
Children & Extra beds:
Unfortunately we cannot accomodate children or guests other than those specified at the hotel.
Pets
Unfortunately we cannot accomodate pets at the hotel.
Payment Policy
Payment Options:
Guest are welcome to pay online or at the hotel itself for no extra charge.

Deposit:
We do not charge a deposit, but any damages to the room will be invoiced for.
Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy is flexible to offer you peace of mind:
All bookings can be cancelled within one hour of the original booking time.
All bookings can be cancelled up to 30 days prior to arrival.
If cancelling within 30 days prior to arrival please contact us before making the cancellation as it maybe possible to offer a full or partial refund in peak season and exceptional circumstances.
