The Tiki was started as a small Polynesian themed hotel in 1965. It is still very much the same today as we strive continually to maintain that undiscovered, quiet and laid back appeal while still providing necessary comforts. Tiki rooms are not standard hotel rooms, they are like little apartments so you will have your own place right on the beach with a kitchen or kitchenette, living area, bedroom and private screened balcony,.... • NO PETS ALLOWED, NO EXCEPTION, NONE! THIS POLICY IS FIRM!
• No Early Check-in Available before 1:00PM
• GUESTS MUST SUBMIT A REQUEST TO HAVE VISITORS. ANY PERSON/VISITOR NOT REGISTERED AT THE OFFICE IS
TRESPASSING AND WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE IMMEDIATELY.
• Entire stay or balance must be paid at Check-In. NO REFUNDS AFTER CHECK-IN.
• EXTRAS -if you require extras during your stay : Blanket, Towels - Beach/Bath, Pillow Please inquire for charges.
• All Units and Balconies are NON-SMOKING and NON-VAPING for reasons of health, safety and comfort for all of our guests. Anyone who violates this
policy and Smokes or Vapes in the Room or Balcony is subject to a minimum of $250.00 charge for returning the room to smoke/Vape-free status and
agree to being charged by accepting this policy.
• WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHARGE A FEE OF $150.00 FOR UNUSUAL CLEANING OF EXCESSIVELY DIRTY ROOMS AND DAMAGE TO
OR REMOVAL OF ITEMS FROM THE PREMISES.
• Guests must use the Foot Shower to minimize the amount of sand carried into the rooms.
• Check-In time is any time after 3:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 AM . No Early Check-in available before 1:00 PM. Since we close at 6:00PM Our Office must be notified if your arrival will be after 6:00 PM.
• Rooms are rented on a 'House Keeping' basis and are cleaned before arrival only.
• Minor children Must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at ALL times.
• Parking Spaces are limited and Only One Free parking space is allotted per room. Guests must check with Office for availability for Visitor or additional
parking. Unregistered cars will be towed immediately, at vehicle owner's expense.
• No hourly rates or partial day rates are available.
• Items left behind and requested to be mailed will incur a minimum charge of $30.00 and may take up to 30 days to ship.
• There is a fee of $25.00 per room key that is lost or not turned in.
• Must be at least 25 years of age to book.

Payment Policy

A deposit of 30% of room total will be charged at booking and the Balance is Due at Check-in. This is fully refundable up to 07 days prior to arrival date for period June-November and 15 days prior to arrival for period December-May.
There are no additional taxes, hidden fees or hidden surcharges.

Cancellation Policy

As we are a small independent business, cancellations affect us greatly.
There is no cancellation fee for cancellations made at least 07 days prior to arrival date for period June-November and 15 days prior to arrival for period December-May.
EXCEPTION: Christmas - New Year week reservations are paid in full, in advance, and are non-refundable.
Please be sure to acquire trip insurance in the event of unexpected illness, death or weather related emergencies as we are not able to make an exception to this policy.
Additional policies apply to group reservations of three or more rooms.
All cancellations must be provided to the innkeeper in writing. You will receive any refund due within 30 days.
