TM is a full-service boutique hotel (age 15+). Check in time begins at 2:00pm. Check out time is at 10:00am. TM does not allow guests or outside service providers on the property who are not registered on the reservation. Inviting additional guests or hiring outside service providers must be approved by the management in advance and may incur an additional facility fee. Guests are responsible for the damage or removal of linens, robes and furniture in the room and will be charged replacement value including shipping.

Cancellation Policy
Payment and Cancellation Policies for Individual Room Reservations (1 or 2 rooms - see below for reservations of 3 or more rooms). Please note that credit Card processing fees are not refundable.
Holiday Season – Dec 19th, 2021- Jan 2nd,2022 // Dec 20th,2022- Jan 5th, 2023
Payment: A deposit of 50% of the total reservation is require to secure your nights at Tierra Magnifica. Pre-payment of the remaining balance is due 90 days prior to your arrival date.
Cancellation: In case of cancellation for Holiday Reservations, with less then 90 days prior to arrival there is no refund. In case of “No Show”, there is no refund.
Gold Season – Jan 3rd- April 30th, 2022, November 1st - December 18th, 2022
Payment: A deposit of 50% of the total reservation is require to secure your nights at Tierra Magnifica. Pre-payment of the remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival date.
Cancellation: In case of cancellation for Gold Season Reservations, with less then 30 days prior to arrival there is no refund. In case of “No Show”, there is no refund.
Green Season – May 1st - September 30th, 2022
Payment: A deposit of 50% of the total reservation is require to secure your nights at Tierra Magnifica. Pre-payment of the remaining balance is due 14 days prior to your arrival date.
Cancellation: In case of cancellation for Green Season Reservations, with less then 14 days prior to arrival there is no refund. In case of “No Show”, there is no refund.
