By asking us to confirm your booking, we are entitled to assume that you have had the opportunity to read and have read the below stated policies and by doing so, you agree and understand all that applies.
Smoking
The Wellington Hotel is a non-smoking accommodation and stands in line with the Smoke-free Legislation introduced to the United Kingdom on 1st July 2007, so we kindly ask you to only use the designated smoking areas around the hotel, smoking on balconies is always prohibited.
Parking
Parking is residential and does not belong to The Wellington Hotel. We cannot guarantee or reserve parking spaces.
The nearby carpark is La Falaise Car Park, Bath Rd, Ventnor PO38 1JY. This car park is approximately 5 minutes' walk from the hotel and you will be charged.
Check In / Out
You may check into your room from 14:00 BST/GMT. You are required to check out by 10:30 BST/GMT
Alternate times may be requested, and the staff of The Wellington Hotel will try their upmost to meet your request.
Pets are not allowed however, guide dogs with certification will be accepted. Damages caused to the property during your stay will face a penalty charge.
Payment Policy
We do not require a deposit on making your reservation. A credit or debit card will be required to secure your booking. No monies will be taken from the card given at any time prior to your arrival unless by your own consent. Payment must be made in full on arrival to the hotel. Credit/debit cards may be used. We do not accept American Express. We are cashless at reception and accept card only.
Cancellation Policy
Guest can cancel free of charge until 7 days before arrival.
Guest will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel in the 7 days before arrival.
Guest will be charged 100% of the total price if they cancel on the day of arrival or do not show.
Cancellation Policy for Groups:
Guest can cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival.
