Set in the picturesque village of Black Bourton near Burford, “The Vines” Hotel and Restaurant, has long been acclaimed for its fine dining in elegant surroundings. Its ideal location for those on business in Oxford, Swindon, Witney or Brize Norton and perfect base for visitors to the beautiful Cotswolds, led the owners, Ahdy and Karen Gerges to create spacious accommodation tailored to meet the requirements of discerning customers.
Great care has been taken to design and furnish the spacious rooms to allow guests every modern convenience and comfort. Most rooms have king size beds and we also have twin and family rooms. All rooms have en suite shower rooms and the new wing features superb wet rooms with powerful shower, basin, w.c. and toiletries. Modern requirements such as flat screen televisions, refrigerators, shaver sockets desks, Internet access and direct dial telephones make a stay at “The Vines” a time of pleasure.

Non smoking property
Bookings may be cancelled within the cancellation policy
Children welcome but must have a bed of their own please...ie family of three for two adults and one child etc.
Travel costs are available at £10..please place a request
Special requets are given every consideration but cannot be guaranteed...please telephone for further clarification
Payment Policy
Payment for 5 rooms or less is normally taken at the Vines upon departure.
In the event of more than 5 rooms being booked, we will charge a 25% deposit which is only refundable IF you provide at least 36 hours notice of cancelation.
Please check your booking carefully as some agencies will pre authorise or take payment on our behalf.
Cancellation Policy
If booking 5 rooms or less, cancellation is free of charge if made at least 24 hours midday the day prior to planned arrival.
If you are booking 5 or more rooms, then we will take a 25% deposit for the entire booking. In the event of cancelation, full refund BUT you must you give 36 hours notice of the arrival date. (i.e. booking arrival of 1st July would need to be canceled by 12 noon on the 28th June.
