Property Information
Ellingham
The Pack Horse Inn is a cosy country pub and B&B located in the heart of Northumberland. We have a restaurant on site serving delicious meals made with locally sourced produce. More often than not Beef comes from our Landlord's very own Dexter and Highland Herd, our lamb from our neighbours at Coldrife and our Pork from Ellingham Estates Rarebreed Pigs. We always stock a range of Real Ales and we have a huge selection of Gins including Hepple Gin, local to us. For breakfast you can expect a hearty Full English, and we are open for lunch Mon-Sun 12-2pm and evening meals Mon-Sat 6-9pm. If you have any dietary requirements let us know in advance so we can prepare some options on our menu that changes daily. We have 5 rooms here at the Pack Horse Inn all above the restaurant and bar, if you have any special requirements relating to quieter rooms or a cot / Z bed in the room please give us a call on 01665589292 to discuss.

Check in time is from 2pm
Check out time is by 10am
If guests require an early check in or late check out they must check this with us before arrival and it will be subject to availability. We always do our best to adhere to any requests and will at least find a compromise (e.g. leaving luggage before weddings).
Breakfast is served in the pub between 8-9am.
Children are more than welcome, we can supply a Z bed for some of our rooms at a £15 surcharge (Linen charge & additional breakfast). Please let us know upon booking so we can update you room rate and prepare the bed for your child.
Strict no smoking policy inside the pub and bedrooms.
Payment Policy
Full payment is due upon departure, we do not require a deposit payment. However we do require credit / debit card details to make a booking, these will be retained until after your stay for security purposes.
Cancellation Policy
The guest can cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the stay if they cancel in the 14 days before arrival. If the guest doesn’t show up they will be charged the total price.
No prepayment is needed.
