The Minadab Cottage
The Minadab Cottage is a luxury award winning 5* Gold bed and breakfast situated in the picturesque town of Teignmouth in Devon with colourful gardens and a private car park. All the rooms are individually decorated with en-suite bathrooms. Once inside, the character and warmth of this historic home encourages you to relax and enjoy your stay.
Teignmouth aptly described as the jewel of Devon is a characterful seaside town and one of the few that still has it's traditional victorian pier. The town centre has a variety of shops, restaurants and patisseries. The train station is only a mile away and there is a bus stop just outside the cottage. The beach in Teignmouth is a 20 minute walk through the park.

Terms & Conditions
All prices are per room per night including breakfast. Minimum stay from May to September and at bank holidays is usually two nights.

Booking Conditions: If you would like to make a booking, you will need to provide your contact details along with credit or debit card details to secure the booking.
Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate children under the age of 12.
Check-in: please check-in between 3pm and 6pm. It may be possible to check in outside these times but please do not automatically assume that it will be available this must be agreed with us prior to arrival.
Check-out: please would you be kind enough to check out by 10am.
Payment Policy
Credit or debit card details need to be provided to secure the booking. We don't take payments in advance so we will provide an invoice and process your payment on arrival
Please note: The Minadab Cottage is not VAT registered
Cancellation Policy
Single night bookings cannot be cancelled. For all other bookings we operate a seven day cancellation policy which means that, should you need to cancel your booking, you would need to let us know at least seven days prior to your arrival date. In the event of a cancellation within the seven day cancellation period prior to your arrival date, the full amount for your stay will be due.
We recommend that you consider travel insurance to cover this.
CONDITIONS REGARDING COVID 19 (2021)
We will waive the cancellation charge if it is due to a further lockdown or due to a confirmed COVID 19 positive test result or track and trace request to quarantine.
