We are conveniently located three minutes from Port Elizabeth Airport, the N2 freeway, and the town centre, and five minutes from beaches, the casino, six golf courses, and major shopping areas. For booking and rates purposes, children are considered to be under the age of 12, and children’s rates apply when sharing with two adults
Please note that all guests are required to sign an indemnity form on arrival
The Maegan Cherie B&B cannot be held responsible for any loss of guests' personal effects. Use of all facilities at own risk
The Maegan Cherie B&B reserves the right to admit any guest/s and furthermore reserves the right to remove any guest/s whose behavior impacts negatively on other guests and/ or staff
Terms & Conditions to secure reservation
50% of total amount to be paid in advance to secure your booking via direct bank deposit, or EFT
Should you require cancellation prior to 1 month before arrival date the full deposit will be refunded except for admin fee of R100.00
If you cancel 1 month to 2 weeks of arrival date 50% of your deposit is refundable
If cancelled 2 weeks up to 3 days of arrival date,100% of deposit is retained
Cancellations made from 3 days before up until arrival date and no shows, you will be held liable for payment of the full booking amount
Exceptions to the above would include death, disaster or illness which must be verified with a valid doctor's certificate
Payment Policy
A 50% deposit is required to secure any booking. Preferred form of payment is by electronic fund transfer (EFT). Balance on arrival (Cash or EFT)
Cancellation Policy
In the event of premature departure we may charge for the full original booking. Cancellation 0 - 14 days before date of arrival, or no-show – visitor forfeits 100% of deposit paid. Cancellation 15 - 28 days before date of arrival – visitor forfeits 75% of deposit paid or 25% of full quote value (whichever greater). Cancellation 29+ days before date of arrival – visitor forfeits 50% of deposit paid or 25% of full quote value (whichever greater).
