Payment Policy

All rooms must be guaranteed with a credit or debit card
if any damage is found in the room after your departure you will be charged

Large group bookings must pay a £500 security bond on arrival. This will be refunded on checkout providing no damage has been caused to hotel property and guests have behaved in a respectful manner to other guests and hotel staff.
NB ALL OUR ROOMS ARE NON SMOKING ROOMS ANYONE SUSPECTED OF SMOKING WILL BE FINED £100 AND WILL BE TOLD TO LEAVE

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation on single bookings is 48 hours with out charge. Failure to do so and your card will be charged for the first night

Group bookings must be cancelled 14 days prior to arrival without charge.
