We are unable to accommodate infants & children under 16 years. All rooms are for maximum double occupancy; we do not have facilities for additional beds in rooms.

Arrival & Departures ***PLEASE ENSURE YOU HAVE INCLUDED AN EXPECTED ARRIVAL TIME WITH YOUR BOOKING***
Check-in is from 3.00pm to 7.00pm. Please confirm your expected arrival time when making your reservation.
We are unable to accept check-in after 7.00pm; please take this in to consideration prior to booking. Check out is from 8.00am to 11.00am.

We are unable to accommodate group bookings of more than 3 rooms (or 6 people maximum) unless your specific requirements have been agreed in advance. No dogs or other pets can be accommodated.

Smoking Policy
The Hideaway is a completely Smoke Free Environment; this applies to all Guest Bedrooms, Bathrooms, Public Areas, Garden, Car Park, Courtyard and the Patio for Room 1. Guests will be asked to vacate their room immediately if evidence of smoking is found; a minimum charge of £200.00 will be applied immediately to the credit/debit card used to secure your booking.

Payment Policy

We respectfully remind guests that a reservation constitutes a contract between themselves and The Hideaway.

Standard Rate
No Deposit Required. Full Payment will be taken anytime from 5 days, up to your day of arrival.

Balance Payments payable on arrival by Cash, Debit & Credit Cards; we do not accept American Express or Cheques.

Saver Rate - Non Refundable
Full pre-payment will be taken upon booking & is Totally Non Refundable.
Once booked Saver Rates cannot be refunded or amended.
No date changes permitted.

Cancellation Policy

Standard Rate
In the event of cancelling a reservation prior to 5 days of the arrival date, there will be Free Cancellation. Date changes made prior to 5 days of the arrival date are free of charge.

For cancellations made within 5 days of the date of arrival, we will try to re-let the room(s). However, if unable to do so, regretfully we will have to charge you the full cost of the booked accommodation. No shows will be charged in full. Date changes within 5 days of the date of arrival are not permitted.

NEW YEAR
In the event of cancelling a reservation prior to 10 days of the arrival date, there will be Free Cancellation. Date changes made prior to 10 days of the arrival date are free of charge.

For cancellations made within 10 days of the date of arrival, we will try to re-let the room(s). However, if unable to do so, regretfully we will have to charge you the full cost of the booked accommodation. No shows will be charged in full. Date changes within 10 days of the date of arrival are not permitted.

We strongly recommend Holiday insurance. Please do ensure your insurance covers self-isolation due to covid-19 as we will unfortunately have to charge in this event.
