Terms and Conditions
Check in is between 12 - 14.00 or after 17.30. If you could give us an indication of when you are going to arrive that would be helpful.
Please note that this is a Non Smoking Property.
Smoking is allowed outside. Please make sure you dispose of cigarette stubs and ash etc in a suitable manner.
We ask guests to leave their shoes in the hall when they arrive. The floors are heated so it's very comfortable.
Damage:
We reserve the right to charge for the replacement, for any items, such as bed linen, towels, rugs, TV etc damaged or stolen or in the case of Pets etc for additional cleaning.
In the event that you notice any damaged items on arrival please let us know straight away.
Keys:
If door keys aren't returned on check out there will be a replacement cost of £20
Parking:
Parking is free and provided on a first come first served basis
We accept no liability for any loss or damage to vehicles parked out side our property
Payment Policy
Payment Policy For all direct payments (ie payments that are not coming through channels such a Booking.com, Expedia, AirBnB etc ) a non refundable deposit of 20% of the reservation price needs to be transferred to the Enclave Bank Account
Details will be provided when the reservation is made
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy. The guest can cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price if they cancel in the 14 days before arrival.
