The Edgbaston Boutique Hotel & Cocktail Lounge

Terms & Conditions

Parking - we have parking spaces at the rear of the hotel which are only accessible through a secure coded gate, 1 space is reserved for each room, a fee per night is payable for parking should you require this facility. We take no responsibility for loss or damage to any vehicle when left over night in the car park, or for any fines resulting from not parking in a space clearly reserved for The Edgbaston Hotel. We do not provide valet parking.

Smoking - All of our rooms are non smoking and non vaping. If any evidence is found of smoking in rooms we will charge £150.00 to the card details provided upon making your reservation.

Damage - If any damage is caused to the room whilst you are staying with us we will charge your card accordingly.

Children - Children cannot be accommodated at the hotel. Children's cots/cribs are not available. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.

We do not take any payment when your reservation is initially made, however we will take card details to secure the booking. Full payment plus a £50 deposit, for a one night stay (deposit fully refundable if not used) will be taken upon check in, should you wish to charge anything to the room during your stay or enjoy items from the mini bar. Stays of 3 nights and above £100 deposit will be taken. Access will not be allowed to the room until payment has been taken. Please note we do not accept any card payments unless the card is physically present at the time of payment.

Express Check Out
We also offer an express check out facility, as our busy reception area can often get a little congested! If you would like to use this facility please let our reception team know prior to midnight, on your day of arrival, and we will prepare your final bill during the night, email you a copy and pop a copy underneath your door for you to check in the morning. We will then automatically charge any extras you have enjoyed with us, to the original card you paid with on arrival. Any refunds to your arrival deposit, which hasn’t been used within the bars, will be refunded to the card you originally made the deposit payment with. We will then email your receipt to you.

Reservations for New Years Eve are non cancellable or refundable after 12 noon on the 24th December 2021. Residential guests on New Years Eve have access to our NYE Party from 7.30pm until 2am, which encompasses our Cocktail Lounges. For further details please call us.

Cancellation Policy

Full payment (for your entire stay) will be taken if a reservation is cancelled after 12 noon within 48 hours of the anticipated and arranged arrival date. No refund will be given.
