The Windmill Inn
The Windmill Inn is a popular local country pub serving good pub food with B&B/ Hotel rooms all en-suite in RH13 close to the A272 with a sunny pub garden backing onto open fields close to Horsham, Brighton & Gatwick Airport. All stays include a continental breakfast with the option for a cooked breakfast on the weekends (additional cost). The Inn benefits from free WiFi in all the rooms and in the Pub. If you arrive back to the Inn after the pub has closed in the evening there is separate access to the rooms so you can return at any hour. The same applies in the morning if you need to leave early after breakfast there is a separate exit door. There is free parking at the pub and we can arrange taxis if required, The manager lives on site if you need anything. For children and infants we can arrange Cots and High Chairs for you - please inform us of your requests when booking.

We serve Lunch (12pm to 3pm) and Dinner (6pm to 9pm) Monday to Friday. On weekends we serve food all day... Saturday from 12pm to 9pm and Sunday 12pm to 8pm, including Sunday lunch. We also serve pizza from our wood fired oven in the Spring & Summer on selected days. Please book your table for dinner as we can get very busy especially on Friday and Saturday evenings.

Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy
Room booking payments may be taken in advance including any extras booked although we usually do not take payment until the week of your arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Room cancellations more than 14 days in advance are refunded in full.
Room cancellations between 7 and 13 days before arrival are refunded in full minus a £15 administration fee.
Rooms cancelled within 7 days of arrival are subject to 100% charge of the total booking value. Any card processing charges will not be refunded.
