Terms & Conditions
- All rates and taxes are in US Dollars (USD).
- Rates exclusive of 10% Service and 14% ABST.
- Check-in is 3:00pm or later.
- Check-out is 12:00 noon.
- Late check-out is US$50.00 per/room.
Effective October 1, 2021, each arriving guest, 6 years and older is subject to a government-enacted Tourism Guest Levy on accommodation of USD 5.00 (XCD 13.50) per night per guest. Payment is to be made directly to the hotel upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy
Booking & Cancellation Policy:
A 1-night deposit on valid credit card is required at time of booking. Cancel free of charge 7 days before arrival.
Cancel under 7 days a credit for the 1-night deposit will be issued for a future travel date.
Credit: Should guests not be able to travel due to mandated restrictions such as border lockdown in their country of origin then a credit note for a future date will be issued.
