Any cancellation made between 1 week to 48 hours prior to the day of the booking will incur in 50% room charge.
Any cancellation made less than 48 hours prior to the day of the booking will incur the full room charge.
Failure to arrive at the hotel will be treated as a no-show and the full charge will be incurred.
