The St Valery Guest House is a New Town building situated in the heart of Edinburgh's West End. It is a family run guest house recently refurbished to a high standard, but still retaining the charm, friendliness and personal touch of a small hotel. The St Valery is within walking distance of Princes Street, Edinburgh Castle and all the main shopping and sight-seeing areas, including the Royal Mile. Each of our twelve bedrooms is centrally heated and has en-suite facilities with power shower, TV, Direct Dial Telephone, tea/coffee making facilities, hairdryer, fridge and safe. Some rooms have kingsize beds available and some rooms also enjoy a lovely garden view. Trouser press and ironing equipment are also available on request. Free WiFi in the rooms and throughout the building.

In order that we can guarantee the room is reserved for you, we do require one
days' deposit by way of one of the major credit cards which is refundable in conjunction with our cancellation policy.

If you are paying by cheque, we require full payment, which is refundable in
conjunction with our Cancellation Policy.

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY

We will always try to resell the room(s) if you must cancel your reservation following confirmation.
However should you have to cancel your reservation or any part stay, unless stipulated differently in your booking confirmation your card will be actioned for a non-refundable payment of one nights' accommodation.
The full charge will be due for your reservation if cancellation is within one week of arrival. or for early departures.
A "no show" will be charged in full.

We recommend you take out insurance in case you should unavoidably have to
cancel your trip.
