We take great pride in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Given the effects of COVID-19, we have taken additional measures at The Blue House today, to make our cleaning and hygiene protocols even more rigorous:
We have increased the frequency of cleaning our public areas (including screen area, jacuzzi, door handles, laundry area, etc.) and have continued the use of hospital-grade disinfectant.
We have increased the availability of cleaning products on all our units for our guests to use in case is needed.
We will continue to provide contactless check-in and check-out via emails.
Use of personal protective equipment for all Blue House personnel.
Extra disinfection of top 10 high touch areas in guest rooms including light switches and door handles.
We are confident that our set up its optimal during this social distancing time; as we have no communal lobbies; all our units have private entrances; private parking spaces and ensures minimal interaction between current guests during your stay.
General :
No 24hour reception - Usually available between 9am and 8pm via text or phone call 9544701269. Smoking is allowed only in the outside/Common areas; Smoking is NOT allowed in the screened porch or inside the apartments . Pets not allowed. Children allowed, contact the property for more information. No Walk-Ins. No disturbing music or sounds, no loud TV or radio. Quietness is appreciated. Quiet time 11 PM to 7 AM. No drugs, heavy drinking or firearms allowed on the property. Keep the common areas clean and tidy. Be respectful with other guests. All outdoor areas including handles/chairs/jacuzzi, etc will be disinfected on a daily basics.
The property reserves the right to deny access to persons at the discretion of management.
Due to new regulations most of our reservations will be remote check ins. Please email us at info@thebluehouse.com your personal email to provide you with a remote access information.
Month to month reservations: Payments are due on the last week of the previous month. Confirmation on possible extension is needed on the 15th of the month to guarantee availability. 100% non refundable in case of cancelation during current month. All units most be maintained clean, kitchens need to be clear of food or pests will come into your units. The blue house will maintain all outdoor areas.

Short term Rentals (less than 15 days): 30% non refundable payment is required at booking.
70% payment required 10 days prior to arrival.
The Blue House accepts credit cards (VIsa, MasterCard and Amex).

Long term Rentals (30 days or more): Payment in full are required prior to the start of the month. Rent fee is not refundable in case of early departures.
