CHECK-IN: After 3:00 PM by appointment
CHECK-OUT: 11:00 AM
MAX OCCUPANCY: Two (2) per guest room (Queen, and Superior King), and up to three (3) per Deluxe King room
GUEST PETS: We are unable to accommodate guest pets.
SMOKING, FIRE SAFETY: Absolutely no smoking allowed indoors. Burning candles or incense prohibited on property
NOTICE TO GUESTS: This property is privately owned and the management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Management will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests, or for loss of money, jewelry, or valuables of any kind. Management will not be responsible for any items left in the room.
Guest is responsible to pay for any missing/damaged items, etc., and any costs incurred to collect these charges. If payment is by credit card, account may be charged for all charges incurred, including any and all damages/missing items, etc.
Payment Policy
Advanced payment is required before the check-in date.
The total price of the reservation will be charged 14 or more days in advance of the scheduled check-in date.
Deposits for weddings, 3 or more guestrooms, and payments for special events (ex. Voices from Beyond Paranormal Investigation Weekend packages) are non-refundable and full payment is required at time of reservation.
Cancellation Policy
If canceled or modified 14 days or more before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If canceled or modified within 13 days before the scheduled check-in date, or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Deposits for weddings, 3 or more guest rooms, and special events (ex. Voices from Beyond Paranormal Investigation Weekend packages) are non-refundable.
