CHECK OUT TIME: is 11 am. Late checkout is possible upon request at the front desk but is subject to availability. Additional day charge, plus tax may apply if late check out is not requested.
SMOKING/POT POLICY: Smoking/Pot in any of our rooms will result in an automatic $200.00 cleaning charge. If you feel your room has been smoked in, please notify the front desk immediately or your room will be charged.
PET POLICY: pet fee is $10.00 per night for each animal. If you do not inform us of your pets during check in, you will be charged extra $50.00 for cleaning fee. The owner must pay all charges incurred for damage caused by the animal, and subsequent cleaning/repair costs. Max. 2 dogs per room.
DAMAGE AND/OR THEFT OF HOTEL PROPERTY: you are liable for any damage caused to the room, hotel's premises or property caused by you or any person or pet in your party during your stay. You hereby authorize us to charge your credit or debit card said damage at any moment during or after your stay.
QUIET HOURS AND VISITORS: quiet time is 10 pm to 9 am, televisions, voices or other devices must be kept at a respectable low at all times. No visitors after 10 pm. No parties or disturbances are not allowed on the premises. In the event of a party or disturbance Management reserves the right to evict guests from the premises without a refund. If found with more people than listed on the guest registration form after 10 pm your stay will be considered a party. Hotel reserves the right to charge a noise disturbancy fee if compensation is given to other guests due to the related noise or disturbance.
ITEMS LEFT IN ROOM: Hotel and staff are not responsible for any items left in the room.
Payment Policy
Full payment is due upon check in. Any damage or policy violations may be charged to the credit card used for the reservation.
If a credit card is not used, a damage deposit of up to $300 may be requested. This will be returned upon check out, after the room has been inspected.
