Whether you are looking for a romantic getaway or time for reflection the Presidential King Suite is a dream come true. Located in the very private west wing of the Main House, our largest suite is 1,200 sqft., and complete with a bedroom, living room, dressing area and large master bath. Two indoor and one outdoor kiva fireplace make this suite warm and romantic. A sunny living space with a smart television is wrapped in windows overlooking the Arroyo Hondo Mesa. The living room opens to a patio for sensational sunsets. The bathroom includes a double vanity, oversized tub and separate shower.
Suite booking includes complementary coffee & tea bar located in our lounge area.
Suite booking includes complementary snack bar located in our lounge area.
We charge a total of $20.00 Clean up fee for dogs.
Mini-Fridge available, No ice maker.
This suite includes a microwave.
Swimming pool is a shared swimming pool. Pool towels are located in our swimming pool room. Pool quiet time 10:00pm. Children should be supervised at all times.
Yoga mats available for use free of charge, located in our sun room next to the swimming pool.
Free parking located in the front of the main entrance of the house or in front of the garages of our guest house.
Complementary Wifi, please keep in mind that our estate is located in a remote area and the house is made of thick adobe so internet maybe spotty and we cannot guarantee fast internet service.

Terms & Conditions
General
Please note: We are no longer serving breakfast in our dining facility and our kitchen is closed to communal use.
All of our rooms are smoke free. Smoking is allowed outdoors away from any public entry or exit.
Our indoor pool is open for your enjoyment.
The indoor pool is available for guests to use from 7am-10pm at their own risk. There is no running or diving allowed in the pool area. No glass in the pool room. No persons under the age of 18 allowed without parental supervision.
Check In / Out
Check-in time between 3:00 - 11:00pm (Self-Check in) Door code set to last 4 number of the phone number used in booking.
Check-out time is by 11:00 AM (Self-Check out)
Early-check in & Late check-out may be available if prearranged and pre-approved
Your Payment, Cancellation and Modification Policies are determined by the Rate Plan you choose and our house rules & policies. If you reserved through a 3rd Party Booking Agent, they own the reservation and their Terms and Conditions apply.
Payment Policy
Gratuities are not included in final bill.
The following payment policy is observed:
A valid credit/debit card is required to hold the room(s). We may run a special validation of $1.00 against the card which is removed after a couple days automatically by your card issuer.
We do not take a deposit at time of booking. Payment may be processed upon your check in at the Estate.
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation 24 hrs before your reservation. Cancellations after the 24 hour period will result in a 50% of total booking fee due to high demand of the rooms.
