Terms & Conditions

The minimum booking for the summer season is one week -
Check in: 3 pm / Check out: 11 am

Rates include non-motorized water sports: Kayaks, Paddle Boards, Pedal Boats, Life Jackets, Water Tubes, Camp Fires, Bbq's and Picnic area

Please note that our one and two bedroom suites are intended for 2 adults and up to 3 children and only registered guests can use the facilities and beach area at the Sunport Beach Club.

Check in is 3 pm, and check out is at 11am .

Payment Policy

A 50% deposit is required to confirm booking. Balance must be paid on arrival and can be paid via cash, debit, MC or Visa. E transfer also accepted. cseaforth@rogers.com

The regular rates are $240 per night through July and August. Minimum stay 7 nights Saturday to Saturday

Rates for May, June and September are $220 per night for a 3 night minimum booking.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival date will receive a 100% refund less a $100 administration fee. Cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival date are non-refundable.
