Check-in time 4 pm.
If you will be checking in after 9 pm you must let the manager know in advance. Check out time 10 am dues to the size of the house and the cleaning that has to be done late check-outs can not be accommodated
if there are any damages and or missing items will be deducted from your security deposit.
Payment Policy
Full house booking, minimum 3 night stay.
Security deposit of $1000 required to hold the dates. The deposit is refunded after inventory check and cleaning. Any missing items or damages will be deducted from that security deposit.
Full Payment is due 30 days before arriving
Cancellation Policy
There is no charge to cancel 30 days prior to your stay. If you are cancelling within 30 days of your stay you will get a 50% refund
