Sueños Tulum
Sueños Tulum is a 15 Suite Beachfront Boutique Resort Built in a uniquely natural and mystical place, right on Tulum Beach.
Our resort was built with much love and dedication, greatly influenced by Mayan prehispanic art. Each building is a work of art, sculpted to represent the Mayan Gods surrounding the hotel and will make you feel the magic of our wonderful culture. We are fully ecological, self-sustainable and environmentally friendly.
Art echoes life and vice-versa here at Sueños Tulum. Elizabeth and Jorge’s passion, not only for nature, the ocean and the Mayan culture but also for the importance of art as a tool for growth, have made of their resort a unique, one-of-a-kind experience where your senses will be tantalized yet soothed at every moment. Nothing is casual: every colour has a tale to tell, every wall a story, every window opens upon another revelation. One must do nothing more than listen.
The Vision is nestled where the jungle meets palms beach trees, one mile from the entrance to Sian Kaan biosphere reserve and 4 miles from the Tulum ruins, Sueños is pure artist passion designed in total harmony with the environment and a unique, private and quiet atmosphere. Each building is sculpted with a different fragment of the Maya civilization on the outside and a different subject on the inside: Sol, Luna, Tierra, Selva y Lluvia (sun, moon, earth, jungle, rain).

A 100% NON REFUNDABLE CHARGE OF THE AMOUNT INDICATED ON THE BOOKING CONFIRMATION PAGE AND EMAIL WILL BE REQUESTED THROUGH A PAYMENT LINK (sent via e-mail, WhatsApp or iMessage ) 10 DAYS PRIOR TO THE ARRIVAL DATE.
Rates quoted are in American Dollars. The basic rates are subject to an additional 19% Tax.
We only accept Visa , MasterCard & Amex. Exchange rates are applicable at the time of payment.
Rates are based on single or double occupancy. A fee of $40 USD will be charged for each additional adult/child 3 years or older staying in any of our suites. Children under 3 years sleep for free in the existing bedding of a shared suite with a paying adult. Maximum of 4 guests per room (minimum one adult; any combination of adults + children not exceeding 4 guests in total.) Maximum occupancy varies only in the Temple Clubhouse (up to 6.)
A rate modifier will apply if you decide to stay in a higher room category than the one originally booked. All services or consumes not included shall be charged separately. For more information please E-mail the hotel at reservations@suenostulum.com
Payment Policy
The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation 10 days prior to arrival.
The credit card on file is only to guarantee the booking. The Hotel will contact and send a payment link via e-mail, WhatsApp or iMessage.
Cancellation Policy
The guest can cancel free of charge until 10 days before arrival.
The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 10 days before arrival.
If the guest doesn’t show up they will be charged the total price of the reservation.

Holiday Cancellation Policy (Dec 21st - Jan 15th)
A charge will be applied for cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the arrival date.
For cancellations made less than 30 days in advance, a charge of 50% of the total stay will be applied. For cancellations made less than 15 days in advance or no shows, a charge of 100% of the total stay will be applied.
