The first night will be charged upon making your reservation, which is refundable until 14 days before your arrival.
Designated Quiet Time: 10pm-8am. This is to respect other guests and to maintain a pleasant atmosphere. We reserve the right to request guests seek alternate accommodation without refund, if policies are not respected.
All cottages are Non-Smoking
NO FIREWORKS PERMITTED
Maximum two guests per bed in the cottage, no extra guests permitted.
Check-in: anytime after 3pm (please do not arrive early, we need the time to prepare the cottages)
Check-out: 11 am
Please leave cottages tidy. (Dishes washed and put away, floors swept, surfaces wiped, garbage put out, recycle sorted and put in the bins by the boat launch)

Cancellation Policy
One night’s refundable deposit for is required to confirm your reservation. A credit card is required for a reservation deposit. We accept debit ,Visa, Mastercard, etransfer, or cash. Accounts to be paid in full on arrival. Cancellation at least two weeks prior to arrival date, a full refund will be applied. A cancellation within two weeks of reservation - full amount of reservation will be applied to the credit card provided. No refund for late arrival/early departure.
