Property Information
The St Breca Guest House has nine bedrooms and is situated on Mount Wise in Newquay, Cornwall.
We are a family run guest house and offer a welcoming and relaxing place to stay while you visit Cornwall.
Our rooms are mostly en-suite and all have digital televisions, DVD players, towels and tea and coffee making facilities
Hair dryers, fans and ironing equipment are also available throughout your stay.
We welcome small children and offer a baby sitting service.
Michelle is a fully qualified nursery nurse so you can be assured of a professional service.
Newquay town centre and Towan Beach, a perfect family beach, are just a short 2 minute walk from the St Breca so you are very well placed for a holiday in Newquay where you can get to see and enjoy all that Newqauy has to offer so easily.

Cancellation Policy
The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival.. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival.
If the guest doesn’t show up they will be charged the total price of the reservation.
Change of date may be deemed as a cancellation.
Late arrivals that have not notified us may be deemed as a no-show and therefor considered as a cancellation.
Any behaviour deemed unruly may result in your stay being cut short and you and your party being asked to leave, with full amount of your stay being paid.
Damages to the property or it's contents will be charged as extras on departure.
