Cancellation Policy
Cancellations may be made up to 48 hours before your stay without any fees charged . If cancellation is made less than 48 hours before your scheduled date of arrival you will be charged 50% of the cost of your stay.

​Cancellations made the day of your reservation & "No Shows" will be charged for the entire cost of your stay.

Pets
Additional fees may apply for pets.
Pets must be approved prior to your stay
by contacting our innkeeper and are accepted on a case by case basis. There is only 1 room in the B&B designated for pets and it is "First come, first served".

Extended Stays & Large Groups
For extended stay reservations holding all or several rooms we will require a 50% deposit. Cancellation of these rooms will need to be made 30 days in advance. We ask that you send us a list of guest one week prior to your event so that we can plan the breakfast menu.
