*The client, once the reservation has been made, has accepted these terms so that Sol Mogán Suites can make the appropriate charges on the card in accordance with the conditions of the reservation.
Payment Policy
*Reservations made on this website are subject to the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard or PCI DSS in order to prevent fraud involving debit and credit payment cards.
*The establishment is free to cancel the reservation if the payment method is not valid and after attempting to request the modification of the defect through the contact details provided by the client.
*The establishment accepts payments by bank transfer (request via email) and cash payments.
Cancellation Policy
* The client can cancel the reservation according to the cancellation policy contracted
* The client will have to pay the first night in accordance with the contracted cancellation policy as well as an extra night will be penalized if their stay is reduced.
* The client may be charged a deposit corresponding to the price of the first night after making the reservation or blocking the same amount in order to check the validity of the card. This will be returned as long as it is in the free cancellation period.
