Arrival time should ALWAYS be informed. Late Arrivals, after 10 pm. ONLY with our TRANSFERS or small extra fee (arox 15 $).
We will send an automatic reminder 3 days before arrival with instructions on how to reach us.
Negative reviews can harm us a lot, pls be consciencious. They should not happen due to misunderstandings: Soleluna should not be confused with a 24 hour service hotel. Last-minute cancellations represent an economic damage and should be understood also from our perspective. We stand 500 mts from the Quadrado. 2 minutes drive and 12 minute walk from beaches. Ideally located for a full immersion in the beautiful universe of Trancoso, which is not only about a beach experience.

Unfortunately New years eve and Carnival are 30% non refundable. 30 days before arrival needs to be full amount.
