- The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise your cards details to confirm bookings and can be used against a cancellation that violates the hotel's policy.
- Guest's are required to confirm identity by photo I.D and payment card at check-in.
- Full payment for the entire length of stay will be charged upon at check-in.
- Visitors are not allowed to meet guests in their room, but they can be seen in the lounge.
- If you’re arriving early you can store your luggage with us and check-in anytime after 15:00, early check-in will incur £10.00 hourly charge.
-On check-out if you wish, you are welcomed to store your luggage and you can collect them anytime later on the same day.
-Late check-in after 11:00 pm will incur £10.00 hourly charge.
-Late check out after 11:00 am will incur £10.00 hourly charge.
- The hotel does not take responsibility for the loss or damage to your valuables.
- Smoking is not allowed in our property. If you under the High influence of Alcohol or drugs. we reserve the right to cancel your reservation for the safety our staff & customers.
-Zero tolerance staff abuse and violence: Any verbal abuse towards staff and customers will be treated as crime and police assistance will be requested.
- Guest are kindly asked to keep the noise down after 22:00 to 09:00 for the comfort of other customers.
- Please note; The Small Double Room has a Toilet & Sink only, NO SHOWER.
- Hotel does not accept American Express card. Payments made directly to the Hotel by using a Credit card attract a surcharge of an additional 3%. All payment in cash or on a Debit card is accepted without any surcharge.
- A security deposit of a £100.00 will be taken on check-in on card as a pre-authorisation only, your security deposit will be released by your bank within 14 days , once you have followed all our policies.
- Free car park is available, no reservation needed, limited spaces available on first come first reserved bases, vehicles parked in our car park is at owners own risk we do not take any liability for any accidents, damage's or any loss occurred.
-In case of Room Key card lost guest will be charged £25.00.

Payment Policy

All the Payments are due on arrival date, and will be processed in full at check-in.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy
-If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
-If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.
-In case of no-show, 100% of all nights will be charged.
-Departure prior the reserved dates will result in a full charge.

Non-Refundable Booking Policy:
- The guest will be charged in full if they cancel anytime.
