11 Singleton Street Bed and Breakfast is a whimsical Victorian home that has endured through the centuries, first as a boarding house and now as a perfect place to call "home" while visiting the enchanting Victorian town of Eureka Springs, Arkansas. Located on a quiet cut-de-sac that runs parallel to one of the many "spring trails," our location offers quick access to downtown. A blocks walk down a tree lined trail or less then a blocks walk from one of the city's Trolley Stops (#93), allows you to park for free and enjoy the magnetic pull of the town.

Located at the head of the stairs and a scosche-bit to the left, the entryway offer a unique way of stepping in and out of the room. This is a open floor plan that does not allow for a lot of in room privacy (just to let you know!)

Bijou is French for small. And although small, this room has its own bathroom with a tub and a private entrance that leads to the back deck that overlooks the garden and lots of tall trees. This room is adjoining to the Pretty in Pink room and is great for groups (e.g. "girls night out.")

Terms & Conditions
No pets allowed. Small children must have constant adult supervision. Contactless check in is being observed during the COVID19 issue. MASKS MUST BE WORN IN THE COMMON AREAS SUCH AS THE LOBBY AND PATIO AREAS. SIX FEET DISTANCE MUST BE OBSERVED WITH PEOPLE NOT IN YOUR PARTY.
Payment Policy
First night payment required to hold reservation. All other nights will be held on the card or can be paid with cash.
CONTACTLESS CHECK IN. Instruction for entry will be emailed a few days before your arrival.
Cancellation Policy
If less than 24 hour, first night will not be refunded. One time rescheduling is allowed for a limited time and depending upon availability.
